Dallas SEO agency KISS PR releases Google Core Web Vitals

Dallas, Jun 07, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Qamar Zaman, SEO consultant at KISS PR, shared the recent Most of the Web update in a recently published blog post. He has also published a comprehensive guide on how website owners can survive the Google Core Web Vitals Update (Page Experience Update), which will take place in less than two weeks.

The most recent update concerns Google lowering the threshold for a good Web Vitals score for Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS).

“Search Engine Land recently reported that Google has lowered its Core Web Vitals score threshold. Website owners can now see an improvement in their CLS metric in their Google Search Console report. This progress took place less than two weeks before the announced rollout of the Google Page Experience Update, ”Zaman wrote.

Zaman explained that, according to Google, this latest improvement is made to show a more accurate representation of layout changes on a web page.

Last April, Google announced that it would roll out the most anticipated Page Experience algorithm update starting in mid-June of this year. This is not a one-off deployment but a gradual process that will be completed by the end of August.

Zaman and his SEO team are encouraging all website owners to prepare for this next algorithm update as it could affect their search rankings.

“This ranking update rewards websites with a great user experience, and Google has pointed out that the page experience is one of the many factors they take into account,” Zaman explained.

According to Zaman, once the update rolls out, Google will use Page Experience signals when ranking websites.

“Another important change accompanying the rollout of Page Experience is that the AMP format will no longer be required for websites to appear on Google’s Top Stories carousel,” Zaman added.

These changes will also occur on the Google News app. Unamplified content is expected to feed into the basic experience of the Google News app and Due to these changes, Google will no longer display the ‘AMP badge icon to indicate AMP content,’ Zaman explained.

Zaman also wrote about adding the Page Experience report to Google Search Console.

With the rollout of the update to Page Experience, Google also introduced the Page Experience report in Search Console. This report provides website owners with actionable information to improve the page experience of their website.

Since the rollout will begin in mid-June, Zaman said there is still plenty of time to fix any issues that are causing a bad website page experience.

“Our experienced Google search experts here at KISS PR can help website owners, especially those who are not tech-savvy, fix their website to increase its base web score,” Zaman explained optimistically. .
